Meet Anna

This work is personal for me.

I'm a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist (Candidate) working with women navigating perimenopause. My focus is the health of three things that quietly drive how you feel in this stage of life: your gut, your hormones, and your bones.

I'm in this stage of life myself, so I understand how disorienting it can be when your sleep, energy, digestion, and mood start shifting in ways you were never warned about. My approach is built for the life you actually live: running a household, holding down a job, traveling, and showing up for everyone else.

I have a lifetime of passion for nutrition, cooking, health, and fitness — and I've now studied the science and earned the credentials to go with it. I'm building the program I wish I'd had when I was caught off guard by perimenopause.
