Meet Anna

Hi, I'm Anna.

I'm a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist (Candidate) working with women navigating perimenopause. My focus is on the health of three things that quietly drive how you feel in this stage of life: your gut, your hormones, and your bones.

I'm in this stage of life myself, so I understand how disorienting it can be when your sleep, energy, digestion, and mood start shifting in ways you were never warned about. My approach is food-first, grounded in real science, and built for the life you actually live: running a household, holding down a job, traveling, and showing up for everyone else.

This work is personal for me. I have a lifetime of passion for nutrition, cooking, health, and fitness, and I've now studied the science and earned the credentials to go with it. I'm building the program I wish I'd had when I was caught off guard by perimenopause.
